The Humane Society of Madison County is looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-loving Office and Adoptions Coordinator to help us match pets with their perfect forever homes!
📋 Position: Office and Adoptions Coordinator
🕒 Hours: 30–35 hours/week (some weekends & holidays required)
💼 Pay: $12.50/hour
📍 Location: West Jefferson, Ohio
You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of the shelter—answering calls, coordinating meet-and-greets, handling adoption paperwork, and keeping our social media and animal listings updated.
